Who is responsible

What we store and why

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password (or your Google/Apple sign-in ID) — to let you log in. Legal basis: performing our agreement with you.
• Public profile and activity: username, trades, positions, markets, comments and coin balances — these are the game and are shown publicly.
• Security data: IP addresses are used briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

We don't sell data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies are the ones needed to keep you signed in.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting) and an email delivery provider to send account emails. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We then delete your email and login, and replace your username with an anonymous placeholder. Your past trades stay in markets in anonymized form so that other players' results remain correct; your comments are replaced with “[deleted]”.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Contact us at dev.apollonbeatbox@gmail.com.
